Where we ship

We ship within Australia only. Orders placed on this website can't be delivered outside Australia, and checkout only accepts an Australian delivery address. We deliver Australia-wide, to every state and territory. Custom and bulk teamwear orders are arranged directly with us and can ship worldwide. See how custom orders work if that's what you're after.

Delivery timeframes

We dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery then takes a further 3-7 business days, depending on your postcode.

Pre-orders and made-to-order items

Those timeframes are for items we hold in stock. Pre-order and made-to-order items, including name-printed club teamwear, are manufactured in batches after the pre-order closes, so they ship once that batch is made rather than in 1-2 business days. Where a closing date applies, it's shown on the product page. If you're not sure when your order should arrive, contact us and we'll check for you.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode and the size/weight of your order. Orders over $150 ship free.

Club pickup

Some club teamwear orders are set up for free pickup at training rather than shipping. If that's available for your order, it'll be shown at checkout.

Order tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, with tracking details where available.
